Creating a brand identity that respects the customer's home
CNC Park Home Services needed a brand identity that would speak directly to park home owners and reflect the care, professionalism and trust required when working on someone's home.
The audience shaped the whole project. Many park home owners are older, and their property means far more than a structure on a residential park. It is their home. Whatever anyone else may think about the lifestyle, CNC's customers needed to feel that the company understood the value, comfort and importance of the place they live.
The brand therefore had to avoid looking like a generic building company. It needed to feel professional and stable, but also respectful, approachable and specific to park homes.
A logo device to suggest a park home setting rather than a generic brick-and-mortar house.
Designing around the park home itself
CNC already had a business direction, but the identity needed a stronger visual focus. We developed a logo device around the distinctive windows found on many park homes because those windows directly connect to both the properties and CNC's upgrade services.
That decision gave the logo a relevant visual hook without making it look like a standard house builder's mark. We knew the windows could not feel like bricks and mortar, because park homes have their own character and their own market. The building's shape, the window structure, and the simplified greenery all pointed towards a static home rather than a conventional domestic property.
The greenery added warmth and helped soften the identity. It suggested the residential park setting and gave the mark a more settled, homely quality without turning it into a rural or lifestyle brand.
Building confidence through colour and tone
The colour scheme needed to balance reassurance with professionalism. The deep navy gave the brand stability and trust, while the greens connected the identity to the park home environment and gave it a fresh, practical feel.
Together, the colours helped CNC look established, capable, and serious about their work. The brand needed to reassure customers that their home upgrades would receive proper care, not casual treatment from a general trades business.
Creating the strapline: Your home, perfected
The strapline became one of the strongest parts of the identity.
The sentence captured the brand's position in three words. It acknowledged that a park home is a real home, not a temporary dwelling or a lesser property. It also spoke directly to the pride customers take in improving and maintaining their homes. The line gave CNC a confident and customer-focused message. It suggested that homeowners could improve their park home, make it more comfortable, and trust CNC to help them do it properly.
The result
The CNC Park Home Services brand identity gave the business a clear, relevant position in a specialist market.
The logo avoided generic building imagery and focused instead on visual cues that felt specific to park homes. The colour palette conveyed professionalism and stability, while the strapline gave the brand warmth, clarity and emotional relevance.
The finished identity helped CNC present itself as a professional company that understands the homes, concerns and expectations of park home owners. It gave the business a stronger foundation for its website, printed materials, vehicle graphics and wider marketing.

Client testimonial
Seriously….. this is one that you just can’t overlook!
Initially, we were looking for a web designer and an inexpensive way of promoting our website so we would be ranking top on Google.
After Google Adwords had us haemorrhaging money within days, we decided to find someone who knew what they were talking about and could cut through the jargon. Through a recommendation, we found Video & Web.
Little did we know the experience and knowledge in marketing that would come along for the ride - what a bonus!
They have re-branded our business, built us a quality website, and armed us with an understanding of marketing so that can capture the demographic we want. The work going on in the background is mind-blowing, innovative and not to be missed.
Seriously..... this is one that you just can't overlook!
