We recommend booking our services for your event as soon as possible to ensure availability and ample time for planning. We ask for a 20% deposit on booking to secure the date.  Bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance.

It is best to reach out to us at least 2-3 months in advance to guarantee availability. This also gives us ample time to plan and prepare for the filming of your event.

Depending on our schedule, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests. A minimum notice period of 2 weeks is preferred, but we understand that things can come up unexpectedly and we will do our best to work with your timeline.
