How to use the Email Signature Generator
1. Add your details. Enter only the information you want to appear in your email signature. Optional fields can simply be left blank.
2. Choose a template. Select the layout that best suits your business and use the live preview to see the result.
3. Add your branding. Upload a logo or use a hosted image URL, then choose your primary and text colours. A publicly hosted HTTPS logo is the most reliable option for email signatures.
4. Add social links and extras. Include the social profiles you use and, if useful, add a call to action, company information and privacy policy link.
5. Check the preview. Switch between Desktop and Mobile to make sure the signature works at different widths.
6. Install it. Select Copy signature and paste it into your email application's signature settings. You can also download the HTML version for safekeeping.
Finally, send yourself a test email. Check the signature on both desktop and mobile and make sure its links and logo work correctly.
